They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They saved my 4 month old lab puppies life. Surgery is expensive but well worth the results. My girl is now 10 months and we love her with all our hearts

I am livid! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a vet or doctor of any kind. The staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them just by coming to visit my pet at the time they said I could. Before they would discuss anything or make any plans they had to make sure they were paid right away. My pet’s life is priceless and even when I told them that and had just found out that my dog may not make it and was crying their main concern was still money. They lied to me several times about small things having to do with contacting them and I think they exaggerated my dog’s condition to keep her there longer. I don’t think they took her for enough bathroom breaks because each time I went to visit she went immediately and for a long time. They said she wouldn’t eat but that’s because they were forcing her and not being patient, they held her head down and poured food in her mouth, she came home with food crusted all over one side of her face. She was so upset and shaken by the time I got her out I can’t imagine what else went on. People who treat animals so cruelly should not be able to be around them, I hope they get shut down before more animals are abused. I will definitely be reporting them.
