I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet.
