Ms. Sacks used a very confrontational style with my family that was not helpful to our treatment. In fact, after leaving the clinic, we spent a lot of time with another clinician trying to undue the issues created from this "treatment' with Ms. Sacks. This style may be ok for some but it was really bad for us. Also, her office staff can be very inpatient and snippy at times. Some are not that way at all and are very helpful and accommodating. They were always on time with our services.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
