I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Also just before I left, there was a scabies outbreak that they were trying to hide from us and tried to get us to not discuss it amongst each other. For all I know its still not cleared up.
