Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
