I left a number of messages and left a note for the counselor at the office, and waited a week, but never received a call back. I know counselors get busy and that they have lives outside of counseling, but it would’ve been nice to at least have a callback, even if just to say “We cannot take on another client.”

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Somewhat, but they weren't very enthusiastic
