I wanted to make an appointment. The person who answered my call put me on hold twice then she said she would call me back. She never did. It is very unprofessional. I would not call again to make an appointment there.

Totally unprofessional. Who cancels three times in a row on a teenager in crisis? These people! We'd been trying to have our child seen for over a month and each time she'd had an appointment they'd call, cancel and reschedule the appointment for 2 weeks later. The last cancellation happen 2 hours before our appointment! At that point they couldn't offer us another appointment until a week later. The receptionist showed no compassion when I explained that my child is on the verge of losing hope because we can't get the help that is needed. She had no suggestion as to how to fix the problem, so needless to say- my child will be going somewhere else from now on. Someplace where they take mental healthcare seriously, where they are more accommodating to the needs Patients and where professionalism is a priority.

Front desk staff is very unknowledgable and has NO idea what they are doing. Upon arriving they were in pajamas and extremely unprofessional. I blame the doctors for allowing the staff that represents them to be so sloppy and stupid. Sorry its so harsh but I had to spell my name 5 times on the phone. It was ridiculous. Then I called to confirm and they picked up started having a personal conversation I reminded them they put me on hold and they hung up on me!

They really go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and welcome. They were very friendly and quite possibly had one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I just didnt know about the sign in book in the front, or I would have been seen sooner (it was on my part, not theirs). It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm definitely looking forward to more visits in the near future (already scheduled).
