I was very hesitant about going to a therapist until I heard a friend’s podcast about how important it is. I began my search and Kim’s “no nonsense” approach stood out to me. The first session, I knew she was a down to Earth person and I felt comfortable being there.

Over the course of the last year, Kim has helped pick apart things I was struggling with and has been a good listener. She also is great at asking questions that help lead you to solutions. As a result of her guidance, I think I have more confidence, less self-doubt and more tools to handle stress and conflicts that come my way.

I would highly recommend Kim as a therapist and encourage anyone struggling with that first step to set up a session with her. She’s very understanding, very encouraging and will make you laugh. Very thankful for her!
