Brenda Abercrombie counseled myself and others I know with wise and Godly counsel. I am very thankful for her.

She has been a huge help to me. I have seen her several times over last few years for Christian counseling. Very biblical and compassionate.

I would not tell anyone I know to go to this place for help. This place hurt me so bad that I don't think I will ever get over it in my life. They caused me so much damage and I would never want anyone I know to go through that. I was so much worse off after I went there than before I started there. My feeling is that they don't seem to know what they are doing and I would tell others to not go there but that is what I believe from what they did to me.

One thing I noticed right away about their office was how dirty it was. I'm usually not bothered if everything's not perfectly clean, but it was really dusty and dirty in the office and waiting room. Also the furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the counselor was abrupt and rude, and acted like I was bothering her. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel like a bother. It's my opinion that they are just in business to make lots of money, and not to help people. I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I had a session I had to remind the counselor why I'm there and what happened last time. It made me feel like she doesn't really care about me or listened to me while I'm there.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the counselor rushed me and made me feel like I inconvenienced her for calling. She was abrupt and unpleasant on the phone. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel this way. I was so disappointed with the dirty condition of the office while I was there. The furnishings looked like they came from a thrift store, and so uncomfortable that my back started to hurt. The counselor didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to talk, she either interrupted me or yawned and looked uninterested. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
