Their staff is not friendly at all. They mostly sit around the front desk on their laptops not seeming to do much. I have been going for over a year and they have never so much as said good morning. If you are going to use the weightroom, prepare to feel like your not welcome. All this for the Highest monthly fee in Northern NY. If they had any competition, they would be out of business.
