worst experience ever!!! my wife joined this gym for a few months, when we wanted to cancel we notified 30 days in advance like it says in the contract but they kept saying you must talk to the manager (Eric) and he's not here right now i only got a hold of him the day of the deadline and he said its too late .. when i told him how i tried getting a hold of them for a few days and they wouldn't let me talk to him he became very rude and nasty and of course charged me for an extra month. i disputed the transaction with my cc company and of course they sided with me. but after they resolved the issue Eric involved a collection agency who's threatening to ruin my credit. i already got a hold of a few people with similar stories and i spoke with a lawyer who is more than happy to drop a class action lawsuit on their lap.... .

Come on people!!!! Let’s tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

I’ve been a member at Club Central for 15 years. I joined when they opened and have consistently worked out daily, taken hundreds of classes
and trained with numerous personal trainers. Many of the friends I’ve made there have also been long standing members for years. The reason…..
The owners are two of the nicest people you’ll ever have the pleasure to deal with. They are more than approachable and will do all they can to accommodate all their members. They’re administrative staff are all polite, courteous and always welcoming. The instructors and trainers are a team of the most knowledgeable fitness professionals offering an overall dynamic aerobic program. To say the gym is clean is an understatement and the new sound system; spin room and AC are nothing short of the constant effort to always offer something new at Club Central.
The real facts are this. The negative reviews you may read are nothing but a self-absorbed malice attempt of a former disgruntled aerobics instructor with a very small clique of followers who, although has attempted to open a tiny studio of their own, has put more time and energy into a quest to deface Club Central than concentrate on their own endeavor.
My suggestion is… let them show you what a great health club is. Form your own opinion. There’s a distinct reason why they’ve been serving the 5 towns community for over 15 years and continuously bring the best fitness has to offer.
Stop in…..and tell em’ Chava sent ya !!

Best instructors left over the past year, due to nasty attitude from owners, Eric & Skye Roberts.Owners won't put toilet papers/tissues in the bathrooms (to save money? really?) and won't turn on fans/AC in aerobics room, odors are NAUSEATING! After I gave my cancellation notice-they did NOT honor the membership agreement & kept on charging my CC (additional 3 months!!!). CC company took control, and got money back from them (I later heard that these d*** a**** play this trick on many who leave, hoping it will go unnoticed).So many fitness centers in our area now offer women-only classes & equipment rooms, that there's no need to compromise on tiny, dirty, and horrible Club Central. Good luck : )
