I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

You can tell that they really care about cleanliness, because there are spray bottles of cleaner and towels available all throughout the gym for people to clean their equipment after a workout. Sometimes someone won't bother to clean up after themself, and a worker will immediately clean the area thoroughly. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
