Do not work for our purchase insurance from this company. Absolutely awful experience from the beginning with this company. They intentionally withheld information regarding their commission structure and pay on a draw. Now that I no longer work there, it has been an absolute nightmare getting my appointments terminated through ACG and their affiliates. And now I'm having issues receiving my W2 information. It is impossible to call any part of this company without being directed to an operator. And then when you call their HQ location, you are left on hold for 10+ minutes and then forced to leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail on Monday morning saying "Please help" with my name and phone number and I still haven't received a call back on top of multiple other times I've tried to call. Just an absolutely awful experience all around with this company. Do yourself a favor and work for a company that won't make you jump through hoops for the simplest things. The insurance industry is very competitive, and with service like this it'd be foolish to settle for a company like this.
