I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
