The staff are unprofessional, say rude things to the residents, do not have proper hand washing practices and forget to give meds. The call button is a joke, because they want come.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern

No, there weren't many to choose from

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
