Public Bullying -don’t move here

Management perpetuates gossip through newsletter that they write and supply monthly in community room, management also lives on the premises , you must sign a yearly lease , yet management put add ons to lease ( which cannot be enforced ) in just about every newsletter , whatever issue that other resident concerns happen upon . All this goes to show how living in this type of environment can be , where a few controlling residents berate you through the management and the spineless resident manager caves and doesn’t have the courage to address you personally , but publicly berates you through the newsletter and gives renewed vigor to the few . Tranquil Villa it is not , every day is turmoil , yet I try and live here and care for my mother in her 90’s , I hate to uproot her and move to another more serene area but after 4 years here , I see it’s not getting any better and possibly we may be looking for greener pastures , steer clear of this place , if you want peace of mind in your Golden Years. Thank God I’m here for my mother and she doesn’t have to deal with this type of environment on her own , I pity the residents who do , there are some great people who live here.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The place is so spacious and the grounds are great. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their tenants than here.
