No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It us very few caregivers for the number of rooms/residents. Employees are extremely young, not mature enough to handle responsibility, not much experience. The Director and supervisor are older, but they are gone a lot, leaving the buidling with no supervision. Director is in charge of Clemmons I and Clemmons 2, with too many people and gone too much.
They tell you anything to get you to come, but problems are not corrected.
Look up the ratings on the NCDHHS website. There is pending fine of
penalties for A & B violations, with $20,000 fine in 2011 still under appeal.
Where's there's smoke, there's fire...... Beware!!!
