Staff is not helpful at all.
Very good at charging extra for everything and raising prices whenever they can.
Their main concern seems to be generating income and not addressing problems

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, the staff was very mistreated
