As mentioned in another review this facility is currently operating with a revoked license pending the outcome of an appeal hearing with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. Due to the current revoked license status they are not allowed to accept any new residence until after the appeal hearing. Depending on the outcome of the appeal hearing they may continue operating or be forced to close their doors. This used to be a good facility but unfortunately in the past year the administrator has changed three times and are operations at the facility are not running smoothly or with quality care and concern for the residents.
