the phone mailbox is always full???

my frail 82 year old brother was evicted from Barrington Mews after a 3 month period of hospital and rehab because he dd not pay hs rent on time. no one ever contacted him or me to rectify this. instead they just threw away all his posessions and re-rented his apartment. When I asked the property manager, Judith Santiago, why I was never called she said "that's not my job"
