They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

It was so nice to arrive and see an experienced staff. PLVC had a great staff though, and we've been clients for years. They are one of the kindest, most caring staffs we've ever dealt with. It doesn't matter how many times we have called with a question or concern, they are always happy to answer. We love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on our pets during appointments. The vet always calls back to check on her patients and has even fielded calls on her days off.
