Thank God this rotten place is out of business. They have killed enough animals and mine was one of them. Hopefully they will rot in Hell for all the damage they have done to pets over the years.

I will give them 5 stars for sure in the care and handling of our dog which is most important thing but as listed below in other reviews we were blindsided with additional fees that were not agreed upon. Before vacation we got a quote for boarding at $210 for 5 days and when we dropped off our dog the sheet was up to $266.00 but what are you going to do 5 minutes before vacation and oh that after and addition $260.00 in charges for the "nessacary" shots to leave the dog which after late research were mostly made up.....Reprehensible! After we returned on pick-up day the charges were up to $320.00 for services they did not cover with me. We all have phone and email which permission could have been granted or denied for B S services......nope, not here folks. They even have the audacity to charge me a fee per pill for administering the medication they put our dog on WITHOUT our permission. Again great care but we hoped for more transparency. I'll leave you with this......If your new to the area like we are and need a vet, they are great if you you want top notch veterinary services with TONS of hidden fees and no notice to services rendered.

I posted this review On Lincoln Way Animal complex's Facebook page and it was deleted and I was blocked, apparently only good reviews are allowed on that page. I took my dog here for months and racked up a few thousand dollar bill easily, with no answers to why she was drinking more water, or why she was urinating in her sleep, or why she was limping 1 month on 1 foot and then the next month limping on the other foot. There were a bunch of useless X-rays taken to the tune of $700, without any warning that the bill was going to be so high, and there was proin prescribed for her for the misdiagnosis of urinary incontinence. I'm assuming it was a misdiagnosis because now that she was properly diagnosed with diabetes she is no longer urinating anywhere!! Yep these symptoms that I have described are diabetes!!!! So in my opinion... my 5 year old Doberman Ellie went undiagnosed with diabetes while all the while they were racking up the $$$$!!! Again, IN MY OPINION... I Wish you cared 1/2 as much about the animals as you do about the money!!!!!!!!! Never again will Lincoln Way Animal Complex ever touch any of my animals again.

Good service except fees are too steep. I am on fixed income. I have a cat the requires shots and a bath. It costs over $150. I don't pay those kid of fees to my medical doctor.

In fairness, do you offer discounted serves as mentioned to elderly people on fixed income who want to take good care of their animals?

There is no place for a negative star but this review can't be submitted without a rating. I've been to many veterinarians over the years & this place was the worst. They did unnecessary tests I guess so they could jack up the bill. They took my cat in the back for an X-ray of his stomach which should've taken a few minutes, I waited for about ten minutes when the vet came back in & said their machine wasn't working and they were calling someone at which point I thought they'd bring my cat back to me to wait but they kept him in the back & me in a little room. Finally the vet came back in & now they were going to do blood work. When they finally brought my cat to me we again waited until I went to ask what's going on, then we waited for the results. After given the results again the vet walked out without saying a word, so I went again to ask what's going on. The vet was very slow, didn't communicate, gave my cat an antibiotic(I don't even know for what) and basically just traumatized him. The amount of the bill was outrageous which is probably why there were no other customers. Please don't take your pets there for veterinarian care.. I will be telling everyone I know & on Facebook to avoid LincolnWay Animal Complex in Schererville, IN.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
