They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress my GSD was able to make after TPLO surgery. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
