Received several back injections, never any relief. Gave me some religious pamphlets that I should read and place myself in God's hands

This man is a joke. I have never had any problems concerning Kentucky's regs on pain management. Last week I was contacted for a pill count. At the time we was traveling to Florida for our family vacation. I was told I had two hours to report to his office if not then I would be released as a patient.
I knew I was a patent but didn't understand that being so was as if I was on parole. There was no possible way to get there in the time allowed. I couldn't go to the nearest pharmacy for a count but had to be at his office. This is crazy. Thanks for your help in managing my pain

If he is the one in Owensboro pain center I went to him and was left in a lot more pain then when I started going to him. He gave me shots then almost ran out of the room when I came up off the table. Lied, he never numbed me or anything before sticking the needle in my back. Couldn't talk to him without this disbelief look on his face. Quack with a capital "Q"! Horrible service and bedside manner! I called him the tick because he sucked the life right out of me. I gave him 3 (2 shots appointments and 1 consultation) tries and I always left worse than I started. I went because my back doctor in Bowling Green Ky sent me to him. Doctors should have to check out Quacks before they send us to these quacks Should have reported him but didn't.

He did a procedure on me once (and only once!) and in that time he:
1-Lied to me-told me he was going to numb my back before he got started then didn't. When I asked because it really hurt, he said the numbing med was inside the needle (which was buried in my back) and it didn't help any there!
2. He was rough, didn't even try to be gentle.
3. I started to cry, just tears, no sobs so I was staying still. He saw me crying and yelled at me for it!! Said it didn't hurt that much! I wanted to trade places, THEN let him say that.
4. I found out thru my new pain specialist (who I love and wish I could name drop) that during the procedure, he should have had a x-ray machine to be sure of the placement of the needles. No wonder I felt worse instead of better afterward.
After all that, he actually stopped on his way out the door to smile and tell me to just call his office when I needed it done again!!
