I have been going to this location since 2007 (it was absolutely AMAZING when Dr. Johnson was there), however; since he left I can't say that anymore! You take your pet in for an appointment and express a concern and basically get told "that's not what this appointment is for". I will say Angie at the front is awesome but Michelle on the other hand well I'll just say I can't say that about her and I hate it when I go in and she's there! Actually it may be time to get rid of Banfield for all 5 of my dogs and move on to an office that shows they care about your animals where you aren't treated like a number!
