These folks are awesome!  Not only do they have a separate waiting area for cats but the nurse explained to me that they have special ways of handling them so that they are more comfortable during a vet visit. Reading the other reviews I feel kind of sorry for PETPAL.  I'm really not sure what they are talking about.  Not only do I get shot reminders in the mail but I also receive email reminders and phone and text confirmations for appointments!! The staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. They encouraged me to go to their website and access their online library or to call or email with any questions I have at home. They even called to check up on my sick kitty and make sure she was doing ok with taking her meds.

Can't say enough nice things about the doctors, vet techs, receptionists etc. at ACC!! Always kind, caring, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Fortunately, our pet cats have never needed any major surgeries or anything, but if they ever do, ACC will definitely be our vet of choice! We recently boarded our cats with ACC while we traveled for a weekend. I was very impressed with their boarding facilities and our cats came home after our trip feeling very happy and content! I will happily recommend ACC to all my friends!

I took my 7 month old puppy to her sugical appoitment for being spayed. The staff offered and recommended the pre-surgical blood work. It was not mandatory due to her age. I agreed to all the blood work. Let me tell you it saved her short little life. Her platelets were so low that her blood would not clot, so that if she had the surgery without the blood work that showed it, she could have died. Dr. Miller called me right away telling me he was very concerned for her and recommended additional blood work to find out the reason for the low platelets. I agreed right away. I called in to the office throughout the day to find out how my baby girl was and the staff always took the time to answer all my questions even though I'm sure they were busy. Still waiting on blood test results, but the office staff, techs, doctor has been wonderful. Moral of my story, ALWAYS do the recommended pre-surgical blood work! Thanks Animal Care Center!

My cat has mega colon and Dr. Turk along with his staff basically saved my cat's life. They were able to get my cat on a special diet and there hasn't been a problem since! These guys really know what they are doing and I wish ER staff was as wonderful as they are!
