At the Cheshire hospital,a high budget to work with seems to be the only time you are shown any kindness or respect.Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with me,and the hospital seemed very irritated with me because of it.I have had my furbaby home for a week now, and any time I've called with a question or concern, the front desk staff has been rude to me and irritated by my questions as if after giving them over 1k isn't enough to be treated like a human being.I've made a vet appointment elsewhere and will be spending even more money since they obviously can't be bothered with me.I thought the point of going into this profession was because they care about animals. My mistake.I feel my furbaby was discharged not because he was better, but because I ran out of funds to treat him there any longer. They also asked what my limit was on m pet care credit card which I should have known meant they were going to make sure they got as close to it as possible. He is still sick btw.
