When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone

No, they could have used some continuing education

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

No, just a basic listings page
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Not anywhere even close! I had to drive down the street to find a place

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here?
Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
