can i use - ( minus 100 stars ) OMG what they did to my friend dog in their boarding
if my dog would come home like my friends dog i would end up at court suing them ... he was there only 48 hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they took him .... asked the owner to put him in the cage ( this would be my first sign and huge no no ) than never called her telling her they have some problems .....
after 48 hours she went there to take her dog ( again they asked her to take him from a cage ) ... when she paid they told her he is not welcome there anymore ... !!!!!!!
they said nobody took him from the cage because he was aggressive !!!!!! can you believe it !!!!!!!!! and nobody even called her .... she picked him up covered in poop but this is not all .... the worst she will learn at home ...... he was taken to bathroom to wash this poor dog and than she learned .... his paws , his skin around the balls , his butt is one huge wound - soar .... bleeding ..... ( i have pix ) he was in pain he didnt even want her to touch him and wash him .....

looks like they left him for 48 hours sitting in pee and poop ..... his balls and but and under paws he was just in feces .... skin burned , bloody .... just horrible ...
when she called them they said ooo yes you can bring him tomorrow to see a vet but you will pay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg hope nobody will use their service again .....

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
