Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The veterinarian was rude, dismissing my concerns and not doing a good job. The staff and the doctor were gossiping about other patients. I was very dissatisfied with a surgery performed on one of my dogs.
