A negative scale is required in order to accurately review this facility.
Whoever is responsible for the management of this clinic should be summarily fired, if not euthanized - as well as the ex-prison guard screw that schedules appointments. The way they treat patients is absolutely disgusting - without the slightest modicum of empathy or respect for their condition, pain or time! They forced my wife to wait THREE WEEKS for treatment - KNOWING SHE WAS IN PAIN the whole time, and in need of antibiotics! Their answer was to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM to get the antibiotics & pain relief she needed until they happened to get around to doing their job!!! I can only hope someone responsible for reducing greed, waste and incompetence in our medical/dental system uncovers and cleans up this roach nest sooner than later!!

Front desk staff is awful to patients. Providers are nice. Terrible complications and they refused to help even after being ignored in ER over 4th of July weekend. Now have infection and need jaw surgery.

I have gone here in the past. One time only.
Was pretty easy to get an apt as I was at the emergency room a few days before for my tooth issue. Sat in the waiting room for a while but I honestly expect that at any dr's office. I also had my two kids with me (1 yr old and 4yr old) Once i was in the back, the lady was great with them. She sat with them while i got my xray because i am a nervous mom.lol. The doctor came in and just said it needs to be pulled. As it was unfinished root canal which filling came out- maybe that was the only option but the dr told me they do not do root canals.
They gave me some pain meds and meds for infection. Few weeks later i got a bill for $160- that included xrays and exam.
The only good thing is that i was able to pay monthly toward the bill as i was in a bad financial spot.

If you don't have insurance i do advise you to try Carrington 500 plan. It is a discount plan which i now use and i love it. I am able to see a regular doctor and they give a very good discount. Only problem is that the dentist always makes me pay right after i am seen, but it is worth checking it out for only $6 month per person. Also includes eye and prescription plan.
