I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they
eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
