They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had the flu and went to the center. I was there waiting on the staff. Dr.Sidberry arrived a hour late. I was given Rx for the flu, and was told to return in 3 days if I wasn't better. I went back in 3 days still not feeling well. Dr. Sidberry told me, I was an addict because he gave me a Rx for cough syrup with lortab. Here I am in the office for the 2nd time in 4 days feeling terrible almost unable to get out of bed. I told him I am NOT an addict because you gave me cough syrup. I am not sure how he came to this conclusion. If you want to get insultated and waste time waiting for Dr. Sidberry..GOOD LUCk!!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
