They were always awesome. They explained office procedures, i.e. if I arrived and counseling door was closed they were still counseling. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I was also given the heads up if I called and no one answered, the were with a patient. They called me back ASAP. They advice and tools I was given were just that, advice and tools for me to put to use. I had some very issues to deal with and Mary never pushed me. She let me set the pace. I would recommend her to anyone who asked. She is one in a million.

Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
