Service is good and caring, but the first thing you noticed is the soiled waiting room chairs. Most had stain spots on them and needed cleaning or replacement. I was surprised when I saw the chairs. It's unlike St.Peters to overlook this cleaning detail,.

The staff at St. Peters surgery center were amazing. They were attentive, answered all my questions, listened to my anxieties and talked me through the entire process. They were patient and caring and so understanding. If you have to have out patient surgery this is the ONLY place to get it.
THANK YOU TO THE NURSES, Doctors and staff. This patient greatly appreciates all that you do.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The nurse did not inform me over the phone interview of certain tests that were mandatory before the surgery. As if I wasn't stressed out enough. They really need better nurses here. I have never had surgery before so I didn't know the protocol and it was not explained to me, therefore my surgery was held up and everyone was waiting on me. If they had told me over the phone the important things I needed to know, then it would have been on time. Though I am glad they didn't try to charge me for the extra time because I wouldn't have paid it. It could have easily been avoided had they told me when they called me. Overall it was a shitty experience.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
