Kim is knowledgeable and friendly, and obviously loves animals. She is extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about pet care, and when our pets have been at her clinic for surgery, she has gone out of her way to call us and update us on the status of our pets after the procedures. We recently had to have one of our cats put to sleep, and she was very supportive. In fact, she graciously saw us after regular hours, since it was evident that our cat was suffering. She then called us the next day after researching our cat's condition further, in order to assure us that we had in fact made the right decision, even though it had been hard to do.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
