I've been there three times. The first visit was with Dr.Marc and I really liked him a lot he had a great bedside manner with our sick dog. The next two times I went I saw Dr.Justin and I must say both times I left VERY irritated he was rude and made some remarks that annoyed me. This will be the last time I go there. Not sure why this guy still works there. If you go ask for Dr. Marc he's much more friendly.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Very very rude front desk. I have had several bad experiences over the last 3 years. Based on the comments from the person who answered the phone, I am not the only one experiencing these problems. I pulled my cats from their practice last year because of the poor service. The bird, unfortunately, still needs to go to this practice.

Yes, they called right on time

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I had assumed that the establishment would be a good one as it is advertised on a PROMINENT LOCAL RADIO STATION.. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. There was a FILM on the table where my pet was being examined. I gave my dog a bath IMMEDIATELY after leaving the establishment. Front window was throughly dirty. I suddnely felt as though I should not sit on ANY seat anywhere in the business. The concern in this case was PROMOTION of services, COMPLETELY IGNORING the symptoms being explained to them. After repeating them several times, I gave up. The odor of the cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. It made me ill at one point. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling disgested, frustrated and angry. They provided sublte pressure me to buy products stating that it would help the pet. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I have never been to a clinic or Veterinarian's office where there was LITTLE or NO concern for the pet as this one.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Beware!!!! Nice, kind people that empty your checkbook. Took my little puppy to be neutered and it was over $350.00. Do your research and find other facilities that do not add services that are not necessay. We pick up our animals fecal and throw it away for nothing.. Expect to pay over $4 for "medical waste". If you must go here, ask questions. Why are you doing this proceedure, how much is this going to cost, how necessay is this proceedure? They exploited my moms love for her dog and charged $1100 to have him neutered. Don't let them talk down to you and say you have to do this. When they tell you that, get your pet and get out of there.
