This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. Also I had expalined when I called to see about scheduling an appointment that I was a single mother on disability and did not have insurance other than medicaid.I was told the initial visit would be $350.00 which I had to borrow, at no time was I told that the cost of have an occipital nerve block would be $600.00 + $200.00 for anesthia and that this proceedure might be required on a weekly basis , which is what I was told after being seen by the doctor and his assistant came in to discuss the proceedure and give me the cost. Now I ask you why when I explained up front that I was on disability and did not have insurance and hoped that that someone would be able to give me some relief on a pro-bono basis or at a very reduced rate from these horrible heasdaches that had sent me to the emergency room on 3 occassions in 12 days. Had I not be told upfront what to expect as far as the cost of the treatment I would have sought out other options. I feel like I was taken advantage of and that I threw away $350.00 that I did not have to start with. Even though the Dr. was very knowledgable and professiona - l someone needs to tell the office personal to come clean and be honest on how expensive the treatments are and not dupe people in pain to come in when it has already been explained what the potential patient financial status is.Now I am out $350.00 further in debt and still in pain.
