I don't understand how this place is still in business. I have had nothing but problems with them over the years. I stopped taking my cat there when it was clear to me that all they cared about is making money. I decided to give it one more shot, mainly for the convenience of the location. What a huge mistake! The receptionist was SO rude, heartless and inconsiderate. I hung up the phone with her crying. When you have a sick pet, you look for compassion. That is something you won't find here. I found a vet nearby who is much nicer, has a much friendlier staff, who's office is cleaner and more up to date, and makes us happier all around. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this office!

Absolutely not, they were disgusting and smelled so bad!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
