From the very firs moment I called the office, I knew this was the place for me!! The therapist stayed late for me because I was in so much pain and she did not want me to suffer a moment longer. She was so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate! I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them just one time. All of my questions were answered, and I definitely felt much more confident and hopeful about my health. I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. I was so grateful! Bothe the therapist and staff go out of their way to provide courteous, professional and friendly assistance! They work as a team supporting each other and their patients as well. Before you give up on your recovery, please come here, you won't be disappointed!!!!

They focus more on alternative treatments than proven therapy. Therapist often uses expired items during treatment. I'm only going here because my insurance company says I have to, otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

My initial contact with this office consisted of confirming that my insurance was accepted and to make an appointment. Once I got to my appointment the first 45minutes was spent explaining why it was necessary to verify that my insurance would be accepted to cover my office visits outside of my co-pays. I DID NOT want to recieve a bill later. I was assured everyday of the week that this would not be the case and was told be the therapist who owns tha facility that I would only have to make sure any checks I recieved from my insurance comapny must be forwarded to this office in order not to be billed twice. I agreeed no problem. We proceeded with treatment after I paid my co-pay twice, because I was recieving physcual theray and acupunture. Well I only went back for one more session because the therapist does not listen to her clients. Amy talks over the cleints as if to make you believe what she is saying is true. She may have some success with her methods, but they DID NOT work for me so I never went back. Until 6 months later when I recieved notice from my insurance provider that my treatments would not covered under my policy. Amy did not even realize that she had not treated me in 6 months. When I called the office and spoke to her she asked me if she helped me and I said no, but before I could remind her that she only saw me twice she went on ranting and raving about how clients claim she didn't cure them when they see the bill. And how God was watching me if I wasn't telling the truth. She forgot all about our initial consultation and continue to accuse me of trying to get out of paying her bill. I even went to the office thinking it would jog her memory, but she just scresmed about her she knows she cured me. So if you are looking for wacky, nutty and unprofessional make your appointment now.
