The facilities are comfortable, like a salon. They will even offer you a beverage.

I believe Michelle means well. However, mistakes such as mixing up prescriptions and calling the wrong pharmacy (multiple times) should have warned me.

Michelle told me I should discontinue trying to conceive (based on an incorrect evaluation of genetic testing) immediately AFTER an ultrasound was performed to confirm ovulation (not covered by my insurance.) A geneticist afterward verified the recommendation was unwarranted. Reading the results directly said as much. I wish I would have done that instead of listening to her. Would have saved me from hours of serious anxiety and confusion.

I won't share all the details, but know this description does nothing to touch on the unnecessary emotional trauma caused by these errors made by Michelle and her staff.

The receptionist left me in tears (not the crying type) when I tried to return a phone call from Michelle. I gave this office the benefit of the doubt multiple times. I wanted it to work. However, as Michelle's receptionist stated, "this is a business." If you have deep pockets and don't mind paying for unnecessary procedures, one-size-fits-all treatments and sloppy record keeping, go for it. I'm sure, if you get pregnant, you will have precious pictures of your bundle of joy (for a price, of course!)

If, however, your resources are limited and your problems defy the mold, don't waste your money or your hopes.

If you are like me, it will do far more harm than good.

I've been to Michelle a couple times for basic pap smears, which were fine. Last time though, I had a 'problem' that was annoying more than anything. She prescribed a few things which didn't help and then actually made it worse, then didn't seem too concerned when I came back. I think she would have just continued to give me antibiotics forever without getting to the root of the problem. I just didn't feel listened to.

I was referred to Michelle by a family friend who had great success conceiving with her help. I have never had a worse experience at any doctor office than I did here. I have been back several times to try and "give" her another chance. The first time I went I had to wait 45 minutes to even see her on my hour lunch. The next time I went in I had to wait about 45 minutes again for her to go over test results that could have been done over the phone, however it felt that she wanted to be able to charge an outrageous office visit- which I have refused to pay. This last time I went in for my "annual" visit, I have waited 3 weeks for the results from my pap test, I have left two messages and still have not received anything back. Very unprofessional - highly recommend that anyone who reads this- AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

I am unsure of the other wonderful options available in the community of Bellingham and the complaints listed by the one star reviewer have not been evident in our experience. My wife and I have been treated wonderfully by the staff there - now going on 7 months. They have gone out of their way to treat us with respect and to support our efforts in getting pregnant. Think it is important to remember that pregnancy is a very emotional trip and people get triggered and look to point the finger for failure. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking to get pregnant. We have had friends do so and we soon hope to be counted among those blessed to benefit from modern science.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient, but that's the only positive I can write. I've had the most unprofessional experiences with this place (from scheduling, to the actual appointments, to billing) and finally must part ways. I would advise anyone to steer clear. There are many other wonderful options in Bellingham.
