Horrible! They had two different vets. One was a women who was wonderful! Took time to answer all my questions and concerns about my new puppy. Explained in detail about diet, behaviors and training tips. The second time I went back it was a male vet and not only was he rude but I felt like I was being scolded the enitre time. I went there for my dogs ears and all he did was tell me I was a bad owner for letting this happen. NEVER WENT BACK!!!!

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
