Dr Rowan is the best vet I have ever known. He treated my animals with the greatest care and knowledge for the nearly 7 seven years I lived in Mississippi. I have lived in Kentucky for the past 17 years and have never found such a vet. Sincere care, superior knowledge, and competitive prices are his hallmarks. You can no better than Dr. Rowan.
