I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The examining rooms at Alternative Veterinary Care's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when she told me about what she learned at the latest conference she attended, and how she was incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The waiting room here is spacious. Being a holistic vet, she allows a large block of time for each patient so there is no one else there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Dr Barb was so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.
