Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

I, but more importantly my dogs, am always completely at ease during appointments here. They go to great lengths to make sure we are completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help us right when we need it. They have a sufficient number of staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem but their personal attention to the specifics of MY pets does make a difference. They care.
They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
It's refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are usually able and willing to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet unless it is a serious medical emergency. That I don't mind as I would hope they would treat my furry kids the same if the situation were reversed. They also do call backs after treatments to see how successful the treatments were.
The only negative I can see is that the prices are higher than I'm used to. However they also freely offer recommendations for pet insurance. But as it is said you get what you pay for. My kids are worth it.

My Labradoodle suddenly became ill last week. I took her to the see Chuck on Wednesday (8/10) who has been Coco-puff & Taffy's vet since they were pups. He has my complete confidence. After a thorough exam & tests Rx's were given. Coco did not improve. I returned on Thursday & Friday & saw Judy, the other vet, also excellent. Re-testing was done & additional Rx given. Still no improvement. Over the weekend I spoke with Chuck several times (he was out of town) while nursing Coco at home following all the guidance I rec'd from Chuck.
Something terrible had caused the serious illness & in spite of the superior medical care and my home care Coco died (8/15) as I was driving her back to see Chuck. After the autopsy we will have a clear picture of what happened to my beautiful Coco
I must say that the care, compassion & honesty from ALL the staff makes it hard for me to express in words my sincere appreciation. Unless I move far away I would never consider any other clinic.

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
