I drive about an hour to have my dogs seen at Bay Veterinary Clinic. Dr Sue was recommended to me when I was moving back up here even though she was a little ways away from where I was going to live. I brought my dog in on a visit getting things set up and she took the time to get to know my dog and her medical issues especially with her anxiety. One of my dogs meds she was put on from my old vet for her poo issues Dr. Sue doesn't carry but orders for me whenever I need it even though thats not something she has to do. They go above and beyond to make my dogs feel safe and loved which is important because both have issues from past abuse.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

This Veterinarian is one of the most expensive in the area. She seems completely cold hearted and detached from animals. I can tell she is only in it for the money. She also talks down to her customers like they are idiots. Don't go here. Drive an hour if you have to.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment.
