I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

After an hour they managed to pull out my veins, they didn't give me enough pain meds so it was rather painful, after waiting about 12 hours I finally managed to loosen the bandages enough so my leg could once again receive enough blood to be the correct color and make the leg not hurt as much. When I finally did remove the bandage I fainted from all the blood. The next few days were VERY painful, hard to walk, and needed to lay with my leg inclined to keep it from swelling(and they told me little to no pain, LOL). It has been about 4 years all the veins ( originally removed) are back, with friends I might add. When I called and asked for a reason why they were very rude and not helpful at all.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
