Took my two cats there this morning for one shot and both to get their nails clipped arrived at 8:50 for a 9 AM appointment which I made six weeks ago after sitting there for 40 minutes and everyone that came after me was taken. I asked the front desk when I would be taken. The lady there told me I don’t know and stated there were three vets and they were busy. When I asked why everyone else was going before me, they didn’t have an answer. I’ve been taking my animals there for almost 4 years and this was terrible. Doubt I will go back. They could’ve told me when I got there that they were running behind. It would’ve been fine, but I just sat there in silence, and was ignored. After 50 Minutes of sitting there, waiting I just walked out. Terrible terrible

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

We're very happy. They look after all our animals and are very professional and very friendly.. a different experience from our previous experiences with other vets and they cost less too.. So refreshing !

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
