I love Matt and Julie they are caring we had a cat that was 18 years old she had to be put down and they were out of town so had to go some where else but they sent us a sympathy card.

Yes, I thought it was fair

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Dr Saarm exhibited both care and expertise upon bringing my dog in for hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. I was initially impressed by the fact that Instead of hoisting my dog upon the table, she got down to my dog's level on the floor to ease any nervousness my dog may have had. Going forward, Dr Saarm, Tanya, the receptionist and assistant, showed nothing but professionalism. This clinic gives personal and un-rushed attention. It is especially comforting that the veterinarians live in the same building, and since my dog had to spend the weekend there on IV's, I was especially glad she was not at another vet's office. I can highly recommend this practice, and am thrilled they nursed my dog with the necessary supportive care to keep her from going into shock and led her back to full health.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
