Soooo Heartfully Pleased!!!! From the staff to the vet assts. to the vet himself, competency in examining/caring for our dog; warmth shown for our emotional attachment to our family pet & through the actions of all connected w/Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic our (the client) trust & faith grew to knowing that we were at the BEST veterinary office for our furry little family member.

Looks nice, friendly staff, but I would never take my dogs there again. It was loud and overcrowded. My two dogs were in wire enclosures surrounded by big barking dogs. I'm sure they never got any rest there. It took days for them to stop acting scared and nervous. One of my dogs had many puncture wounds on her face and lip....one that still bothers her after 3 months. When I told them, I did not receive and apology. Not all boarders are like this....the one in my area has rooms and the dogs come out relaxed and happy.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
